You may have what it takes to join our Hisense team to support Consumer Electronic and Home Appliances within National Retailers as a Hisense Program Manager. The Program Manager will act as a subject matter expert, recruit and onboard new hires and act as a client liaison between the client, and the field, managing all aspects of the field including: driving performance against KPIs; advocating for the brand and providing coaching, mentoring and leadership to your team; and keep up to date on the current technology, competitive advantages, and brand initiatives to communicate to your team and consumers. Ideal individual will be responsible for leading a team of direct reports in alignment with program and client needs.


Responsibilities:

  • Recruits and trains the Field team in designated hiring locations.
  • Coordinate local or regional carrier event support, retail store visits, training events, and virtual training sessions, driving market share and sales volume/incentives in the field, call center support and large-scale customer or client events.
  • Manage performance of a team which will include in-store visitation, performance evaluation, side-by-side selling, career plan development, and other staff assessments as needed.
  • Collaborate with client on all quarterly KPI’s.
  • Facilitate weekly conference calls with team and communicate with internal and client on a regular basis.
  • Provide leadership, guidance and motivation to direct reports in order to develop skill sets based on their career goals and overall program goals
  • Generate weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports of field performance to review with client.
  • Provide strategic program direction and development; manage program KPIs, budgets, and provide prompt creation and communication of all reports.
  • Communicate with client as needed to understand strategic direction and empower the field to create added-value programs that achieve client goals and objectives.
  • Provide strategic client solutions in conjunction with the internal teams; evaluate program results, impact change and turnkey all aspects of an account.
  • Display a professional demeanor while representing our client and T-ROC.
  • Manage Program budget and supports account financials, account budgets.
  • Travel may be required.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; College degree preferred.
  • 5-7 years of retail management, field management, or territory management; Previous experience in a field sales/retail environment preferred.
  • Wireless industry and/or Consumer Electronics experience is preferred.
  • Essential skills - Well organized, capable of managing many activities in parallel.
  • Ability to manage a team remotely, coach and develop direct team.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in generating weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports.
  • Detail-oriented; possess time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to build relationships and demonstrate solid customer service skills.
  • Must possess strong self-confidence and the ability to build personal credibility.
  • Compelling presentation and influencing skills.
  • Ability to be flexible and adapt quickly.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and Outlook.
  • Travel Required (-35%)
  • Degree preferred or equivalent work experience
  • 1-2 years of being the leader of a major program
  • 2+ years of client service experience
  • 3+ years CE or HA experience
