Position Summary:

The Logistics Manager is responsible for leading the launch of all warehouses nationwide, coordinating inventory transfers from the main hub warehouse to area warehouses, and working closely with the Program Manager to determine inventory needs and assist in the build-out of logistics and processes. This role involves extensive travel and requires a high level of independence, discretion, and strategic planning to ensure the efficient operation of warehouse launches and logistics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the launch of all new warehouses across the country.
• Oversee the setup and operational readiness of each new warehouse location.
• Ensure compliance with company standards and operational procedures
• Coordinate inventory transfers from the main hub warehouse to area warehouses.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels at each warehouse.
• Implement inventory control procedures to minimize discrepancies and losses.
• Work directly with the Program Manager to determine inventory needs for each warehouse.
• Assist in the development and implementation of logistics strategies and processes.
• Provide input on process improvements and operational efficiencies.
• Assist in the build-out of logistics and processes for warehouse operations.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices.
• Ensure all logistics processes comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.
