Position Summary:

T-ROC is looking for an outgoing Brand Ambassador who will serve Superior Communications representing various wireless products at various wireless retailers.


The Brand Ambassador will build brand recognition, and successfully promote Superior Communications products. The Brand Ambassador will communicate and engage with customers and sales reps in meaningful ways to increase brand awareness of both Superior Communications and the brands they represent.


Responsibilities:

  • Represent our client’s products educating retail associates on features and benefits of products under the portfolio.
  • Travel between retail locations to engage with partners and support initiatives.
  • Document and report store visits using our proprietary reporting system.
  • Provide continuous training on new vendor products, ensuring retail teams are up to date on product knowledge.
  • Build strong relationships with retail partners and ensure mutual respect for the brands and retailers represented.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.


What it Takes to ROC This Role:

  • Two years sales and/or building relationships experience preferred.
  • Flexibility to learn ongoing products and rotate focus based on client requests required.
  • Ability to report visits and time using a mobile device or PC required.
  • Ability to pass an MVR and reliable transportation to commute to multiple retail locations in a day required.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
